Fitness has been a lifelong passion for Clare. Clare was first introduced to Pilates after searching for a workout that would build strength while healing a back injury. She quickly saw the benefits of Pilates and how it heals and invigorates the body and mind. After participating in years of boot camps and other training programs, Clare was inspired by the way Pilates trains the body as a whole. One class a week turned into two, two turned into three and before she knew it, she was practicing daily.
Clare enjoys working with people of all fitness levels. She likes to make each class a challenge and encourages her clients to have fun in class.
