Reformer / Tower
The Reformer is the most utilized piece of Joseph Pilates's equipment. It is based on the use of spring tension and allows for the progressive use of resistance to strengthen, stretch and align the body. This piece of equipment can be used for over 100 distinct exercises.  At Pilates on Broadway, we have the latest reformers available by Balanced Body, each with their own tower and infinity footbar to provide the best workout to each client.

Spinlates
Spinlates  is a new class that combines 20 minutes of Spin followed by 35 minutes of Pilates.  By fatiguing the leg muscles with the spinning portion of class, your upper body and core is forced to be pushed to its highest level once you move to the reformer.  Spinlates allows you to get 2 workouts in one and provides cardio for caloric burn and Pilates to build lean strong muscles.

Spin Class
This 50 minute indoor cycling class provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Participation in the Spin class will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, improve your overall physical health and increase your caloric burn. Cardio included in your fitness regime will improve not only fitness goals, but your heart strength as well.

Dancer's Workout/Ballet Barre Class
If you've ever wanted to know how dancers are so strong and lean try our Ballet Barre Class, you'll understand the grueling training that dancer's go through to present their art for us to enjoy. Don't worry if you have never tried this type of workout before, you are in good hands and will soon become proficient!
